Welcome to the guide!
For your perfect fit, a Measurement Tape to get your size is highly recommended.
Sport Bras may fit slightly snugger than your everyday bras, but your size is likely the same. Do not size down in your sports bra purchase. Calculate your bra size each time you purchase a new sports bra.
Your bra size will change several times over your lifetime due to weight loss, gain weight, pregnancy, hormone change and aging will affect the bra size.
How to Measure?
Bust - Wrap the measuring tape loosely around fullest par of your bustline (round at the nipple level, and do not forget to keep the tape stayed straight across your back). Round to the nearest whole inch and note your bust size.
Hem Width / Rib - Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch.
Waist - Measure your torso so the tape measure goes around your narrowest part (usually level with your belly button).
Hips - Start the measuring tape at one hip and wrap it around your entire body, passing your other hip an over your bum. Your hips are usually the widest part of your lower torso and just below your pelvic bone.
Length - Measure from the waist to the leg opening
