Return Policy

Important Notice:
1. Each item has its own description especially size measurement. Fully understand and go through the measurement process is highly recommended for all buyers before making any purchase.

2. All Sales are Final.

3. No cash refund except for no-stock item(s).

4. Non-refundable on any item bought due to below reason:
  • I don't like the colour
  • I don't like the design
  • I suddenly don't like it at all
  • Quality is not up to my expectation
  • I changed my mind, i want to exchange to another item/design
  • My boyfriend / husband said not nice on me

5. No cash refund on not suitable, not match, change mind situation.

6. All Best Buy, Sale, Discounted items & Promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Orders cannot be cancel once it is being processed. No refund and cancellation will be entertained.

8. Customers can exchange item (s) if the size chosen does not fit. Kindly message us (011-33341254) for the exchange within 3 days of item receive date. Exchange item must be send back to us within 5 working days (WM), 10 working days (EM). Any lateness will not be entertained.

9. Shipping fees for size exchange item (from customer to 2nd Peach) will be borne by sender.

10. A processing fees of RM6 (WM), RM12 (EM) will be charged for size exchange procedure.

11. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) the goods will be inspected by us once received. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This includes the boxes / packaging.

12. 2nd Peach is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage.

13. 2nd Peach will not be responsible on missing parcel / lateness due to third party delivery partner. However, we will help you on the process to track and enquire on your parcel status.

14. Purchased item will posted out within 3 days of purchase date except on Saturday and Sunday & Public Holiday.

What if I received defective items? 
1. What is defect item? 
     > Item torn, item have big stained
2. Please whatsapp (011-33341254) the issue at the soonest possible time once you received the item.
3. Replacement must be informed as soon as possible within 3 days after receiving.
4. No refund only exchange.
5. Customer needs to send a picture of the defect items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made by 2nd Peach.
